Tickets can be purchased online, in the bus station, or request booking via e-mail or telephone.
When booking your ticket online you will have the reservation without having to worry if there will be free seats for your trip, may be able to reserve your preferred seat for free, can add extra services on you booking.
If you purchase your ticket online, you will receive an electronic ticket by e-mail address that you entered during the booking process.
You do not need to print your ticket. You can simply show the email confirmation to our driver.

In the cases of trip cancelation or timetable changes, we need your e-mail address to be able to inform you about the changes and alternative travel options.

For cross-country travel you are obliged to present a valid identification document (such as passport, Biometric ID). The data on the identification document must correspond with the data in the passengers’ ticket.

You may cancel your booking free of charge at least 24 hours prior to departure time.
If you cancel your booking within 24 hours from departure time or misses the departure, the reservation is non-refundable.
